FastSheba currently delivers to selected cities and service areas across Bangladesh. Delivery coverage may expand over time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful confirmation.

  • Orders placed during business hours are usually processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Inside City: 30–90 minutes

  • Outside City: 1–3 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value. The exact delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order status through the FastSheba website or mobile application after the order has been confirmed.

6. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail if:

  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The customer cannot be reached.

  • No one is available to receive the order.

In such cases, our delivery team may contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt.

7. Prescription Medicines

Orders containing prescription medicines require a valid prescription before they can be processed and dispatched.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:
